1. Who can use Kcoin Exchange
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must provide a real full name, email, and phone number.
- One account per person — do not create duplicate accounts.
- The full name on your profile must match the name on your bank accounts.

2. What you must not do
Accounts that do any of the following will be suspended and may be banned permanently.
- Money laundering, fraud, scams, or transferring funds from illegal sources.
- Submitting fake, edited, or stolen bank transfer slips.
- Using a bank account that is not in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
- Creating multiple accounts, using stolen identity, or impersonating another person.
- Sharing your login credentials or buying/selling accounts.
- Running bots, scripts, or any automation to abuse the service.
- Harassing, threatening, or deceiving the admin team.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or admin approval.

3. Transaction rules
- Deposit only to the receiving bank account shown in-app at the time of the request.
- Upload a genuine, unedited bank slip that shows the exact amount and date.
- Withdrawals go only to your own admin-verified bank account. Editing a bank sends it back for review.
- Each deposit slip can be used once. Re-using a slip is a violation.
- Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Complex reviews can take longer.

4. Account review & suspension
- All new accounts need admin approval before depositing or withdrawing.
- Admins can pause, suspend, or reject any account that violates these rules.
- Suspended accounts keep their balance but cannot transact until resolved.
- If you believe a decision is wrong, contact support with your case details.

5. Privacy & data handling
We collect and store only what is needed to run the exchange safely.
- Identity: full name, email, phone number, profile photo (optional).
- Banking: your linked bank accounts and uploaded deposit slips.
- Transactions: deposits, withdrawals, amounts, currency, timestamps.
- Security logs: login activity and admin review notes.
We use this data to process your transactions, prevent fraud, and operate admin review. We do not sell your personal information.
Access is limited to you and the authorised admin team. Your data is stored with strict access controls and encrypted in transit.
Your rights
- Update your phone number or profile photo from the profile page.
- Delete your profile photo at any time.
- Contact support to change your email address, full name, or to request account deletion.

6. Service disclaimers
- Exchange rates can change without notice. The rate shown at the time of request is what applies.
- You are responsible for the bank details you provide. Transfers to wrong accounts cannot always be reversed.
- Kcoin Exchange is not a bank. Deposits are not covered by government deposit insurance.
